Ferngale (proprietor: Mohd Shoaib, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India) runs ferngale.com. This page explains what we collect when you buy from us and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address: to send your download link and receipt, and to help you if something goes wrong.
• Mobile number (card and net-banking payments only): our payment partner Cashfree requires it to process the payment.
• Order details: order number, product, amount, and payment date and status.

We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments (RBI-authorised) or by your UPI app.

Who processes it for us

• Cashfree Payments: card, net-banking and UPI payments.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and stores order records.
• Resend: sends the receipt and download email.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years). You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, except records we must keep by law.
