Delivery policy

Everything we sell is a digital download (PDF files in a zip). Nothing is shipped or posted, and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your order

• Card, net banking or UPI through Cashfree: your download button appears on the order page as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. We also email you the link and your receipt.
• Direct UPI (QR code): we match your payment by its exact amount, usually within an hour between 9 am and 10 pm IST. Then the download button appears and we email you.

Download links work for 7 days. Please save the files on your device.

Didn't get it?

Check Spam or Promotions for an email from hello@ferngale.com, or open Find my download and enter your Order ID. Still stuck? Email hello@ferngale.com with your order number and we will send a new link.
